GROUP-RESERVATION-BY-DEPOSIT / "LOCK-IN" POLICY (available January 11 - March 31) 

• In order for a group leader to "lock in" a ticket price, a $30-per-ticket non-refundable deposit for a minimum of 12 full event general admission tickets is required (12 X $30 = $360). NOTE - Deposit must be a separate transaction from camping reservation or other ticket purchases.
• Once deposit is made, current group discount rate is secured.  NOTE: Current group discount rate = rate in effect on date credit card payment is made OR postmark for mail orders. All Group By Deposit orders must be finalized by April 30.  There is no maximum limit on number of tickets in final GBD order (due April 30) at the "locked-in" group discount rate.
• Groups may continue to add-on to a "final" order, between May 1-21; however, add-on orders will be held for pickup in Will Call at the onsite Box Office.  Note: Any regular group purchase (ie paid-in-full) also locks in purchase rate until May 21.
• All payments will include the standard handling fee. Non-cash orders carry a standard 6% handling fee (minimum $6) on the deposit amount; cash orders, with payment by money order (NO CHECKS), will include a discounted handling fee of 3% ($6 minimum applies). Confirmation will be emailed, outlining details of the deposit plan. 
• The deposit is non-refundable; however, it can be applied towards an order of any size if group size drops below 12. If group size drops below 12, tickets can be purchased at regular price in effect on the date the order is finalized.
• Groups have until April 30 to finalize their group size and make their final payment on tickets. A reminder letter and order worksheet will be emailed approximately April 1. Non-cash (credit card) orders will have a standard 6% handling fee (minimum $6). For payment by money order (NO CHECKS), the handling fee is discounted to 3% ($6 minimum applies). Final payment can be made by mail, phone or fax.
• Orders not finalized by the deadline date will be processed at the final published pre-event prices.
• Camping reservations are made separately. Camping fees must be paid in full at time of purchase and are not included in this special offer.
