An approximate 10,000 - 12,000 people will attend Spirit West Coast - Del Mar for an outstanding 3 days of music, dynamic speakers, food, fun and activities. You do not want to miss out on this exciting event in Southern California. Make plans to join us as an exhibitor at Spirit West Coast on May 28-30, 2010!
Looking to target a specific demographic? We are sure they will be at our event as our eclectic mix of festival attendees includes families, singles, children, young adult groups, youth pastors, teens and others. These individuals will be looking for products, services and ministries that enhance and challenge a progressive Christian life. We are convinced that no other form of exposure so effectively provides the opportunity to network with those who actually buy and use your products and services than exhibiting at a large festival.
How can you apply? Complete these four easy steps. (1) Read the "Rules and Regulations". (2) Complete the Exhibitor Application/Agreement and select your top three placement choices (SWC does not guarantee your placement choices.) (3) Submit your fees with your application. (4) Attach your valid California Seller's Permit.
These last 2 steps are optional: (5) Complete the Exhibitor Camping form and include the fee if you need an improved RV or campsite. (6) Complete the Electical Order Form and mail with fees directly to Edlen Electrical Exhibitor Services.
If you do not have a California's Seller's Permit, one can be obtained by submitting anapplication for a Temporary California Seller's Permit at www.boe.ca.gov/pdf/boe400spa.pdf.

Food Vendors - Del Mar
All food vendors for the Del Mar Fairgrounds are under the control of the Fairgrounds and are selected by Premier Food Services. For more information on this process, please contact Premier directly at 858-755-6345.
